Order Accuracy
An operations KPI measuring the percentage of orders fulfilled correctly.
Accuracy is the reliability measure. Where a business sells dependability at a customer's important moment, the correct goal is one hundred percent, and the indicator's job is to catch the first slip rather than to average it away.
Often confused with
- On-Time Delivery Rate
- Order accuracy asks whether the order was correct; on-time delivery rate asks whether it arrived by the promised date.
