Communication
The exchange of information between individuals or groups.
The framework names four communication skills for leaders, managers, and employees: listening empathetically, expressing ideas clearly, communicating persuasively, and reading feedback correctly before responding to it.

- Leadership sets direction and motivates; communication is the skill set that carries the message clearly, persuasively, and with real listening.
