    A short summary waits for you after the meeting. Approve it before it goes anywhere. A one-family conference keeps only the summary you approve; the rest goes within 48 hours.

  • A one-family conference keeps only the summary you approve; captions and the parent’s replies go within 48 hours. Group and staff meetings keep their captions for a short time so you can review them, then they go too.
  • Phones join by code and leave no account behind. Private questions from a group meeting reach you alone.
  • A writing model drafts the summary from the captions. You approve it before it goes anywhere, and nothing is sent to a family without your say.
