The teacher holds the subscription. Students join the classes you create with a class code. Every feature below is included on both billing intervals.
Teacher plan
USD, billed every month. Annual billing brings it to $10.00 a month.
14 days free, then $14.95 a month. A card is required to start the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged.
Payment is handled by Stripe. MAMAKO never sees your card details.

What the plan includes.
Live captions on your projector
Open MAMAKO in the browser on the laptop you project from and teach. Captions float over your slides in a slim strip, or fill the screen in board mode when nothing else is up.
Automatic glossing at your class's level
Hard words are glossed inline as you speak, in a chosen home language or in simplified English, at the beginner, intermediate, or advanced level you set. 13 languages supported: Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.
Spoken note capture
Say the command mid-lesson and MAMAKO saves that moment as a note on the board, kept with the transcript for review.

Every session is saved and searchable, so you can find the day you covered a topic and see exactly how it was explained.
The Teacher Suite
Generate exit tickets, quizzes and tests, lesson and unit plans, session summaries, and post-lesson reflections from what was actually said in class, and download any of it as a formatted PDF.
Student after-class access
Students join free with a class code and revisit the transcript at home, translate what they need, build a personal Word Bank, and review the study materials. A live student view is available for classes that want it.

How the free trial works.
The trial runs 14 days and includes everything on this page. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you are not billed.
Access follows the subscription.
MAMAKO does not have a free tier. Live sessions, Word Banks, the Teacher Suite, and your transcript history all require an active subscription or a running trial.
Changing or canceling.
Switch between monthly and annual, update your card, or cancel from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments and tax.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, and MAMAKO never receives your card details. Where sales tax, VAT, or GST applies, it is calculated at checkout.
Whole departments and schools.
The plan above is for an individual teacher. For a department or a school-wide deployment, tell us what you need and we will put together the right arrangement.
